Schaeffler Arcalub CONCEPT4 Auto Lubricator – Leading Schaeffler Distributors in India
The Arcalub CONCEPT4 lubricator is suitable for minimum-quantity lubrication with grease. It has four lubricant supply line outlets that can be controlled in separate pairs.
The outlets are fed by piston pumps that carry out one dispensing operation per actuation.
Only the external impulses (via the SPS) can trigger the dispensing operation. The lubricant cartridges (LC units) are available with a capacity of 400 cm3.
An integrated multi-functional interface provides a 24 V DC power supply and I/O communication with external control systems.
There is immense potential for OEM customers in the customer-specific version of the Arcalub CONCEPT4.
When a minimum batch size is defined for every delivery, significant cost savings (TCO) can be achieved.
