Linear recirculating ball bearing unit consists of linear ball bearings, carriages and guideways. They facilitate massive distances between support points, will be adjusted for clearance and have normal quality category G3.
The full-complement shoes travel on one or each side of the guideways and have a high load capacity despite their little dimensions.
The scrapers on the facing and longitudinal sides that form a gap confine conjunction with the guideway seal the shoes on all sides. Linear recirculating ball bearing units will be re-lubricated .
There is a separate T-Slot of the carriages for facilitating the attachment on the adjacent construction. The three screws on the facet can be simply used for adjusting the clearance, these screws are fixed against the rear of the shoe.
Guideways are obtainable with raceways on one or each side of the guideway. The INA Linear recirculating ball bearing units are formed out of hardened steel and ground on all it’s sides.
